How much rakeback does RedStar Poker pay?
Rakeback is money a poker room pays back from the rake it collected on your pots. RedStar Poker runs it as a two-level VIP program, and the room publishes the rate for each level.
- Red is the starting level for every account and returns 20% of your rake. You never drop below it.
- Star opens once you collect 5,000 RSP Points in a calendar month and returns 35%. To keep Star, you need the same number of points again each calendar month, otherwise the account goes back to Red.

Earning and exchanging RSP Points
You earn 10 RSP Points for every €1 of rake in cash games and of tournament fees. The points are the rakeback itself: you exchange them for money in the client whenever you like, so there is no fixed payout day.
At Red, 50 RSP Points exchange for €1. Star players get a better exchange rate for the same points, which is how the higher Star percentage reaches your balance. Points you do not exchange expire at the end of the following calendar month.
How to work out RedStar Poker rakeback
The return is your monthly rake times the rate of your level. Say you pay €300 in rake at RedStar Poker in a month while you sit at Red: 20% of that €300 comes back to you as RSP Points. A player whose monthly rake earns 5,000 RSP Points or more moves to Star, and from then on each euro of rake returns 35%.
