Which rooms pay poker rakeback in Canada?

All thirteen are offshore for Canada, meaning they accept Canadian accounts without a license from a Canadian province. The ranking below shows the rooms open to players in Canada and their current programs.

Ontario is a separate market

Ontario runs its own regulated online gambling market, with online poker sites licensed through AGCO and iGaming Ontario. Only sites authorized through iGaming Ontario may legally offer online poker in the province, and the offshore versions of the rooms on this page do not hold that authorization. The minimum age for online gambling in Ontario is 19.

888poker, GGPoker and partypoker each run a separate Ontario site under an iGaming Ontario license, and PokerStars operates in the province under its own agreement with iGaming Ontario. GGPoker uses Ocean Rewards, where Tide Points earned during the calendar year set one of eight levels from Fish to Shark.
