ACR Poker runs on the Winning Poker Network and BetOnline Poker on the Chico Poker Network, so their player pools are separate. Both accept US players as offshore rooms, and both pay rakeback that ends up as money in your account. The routes there are different.

How BetOnline Poker pays rakeback

  • Gold pays 12.5% and Platinum 15%.
  • Diamond pays 20%.
  • Elite pays 25% and Black 30%.

Choosing between flat rakeback and Elite Benefits at ACR Poker

ACR Poker places each account in Elite Benefits by default. Rake and tournament fees earn Rank Points at 5.5 per $1, and the rank you hold multiplies them into Combat Points that you cash out at 100 per $1. Captain, Major and Colonel are counted per calendar month, so a Major needs 3,000 Rank Points again each month to keep a multiplier of 2.

The two highest ranks work on a yearly count instead. General needs 100,000 Rank Points in a calendar year and multiplies at 3.5, and 5-Star General needs 1,000,000 for a multiplier of 5. Larger Combat Points exchanges open up at the higher ranks.

If you prefer a fixed number, support can move you to flat rakeback. The flat percentage is missing from the official ACR Poker rules, so get it confirmed by support before you ask for the switch. The two programs exclude each other, the move back to Elite Benefits is allowed once and your points start from zero. See ACR Poker rakeback for the full rank table.

Worked example with $500 of rake

A Bronze player at BetOnline Poker who pays $500 of rake in a month receives $50 across that month's weekly credits, or $600 over twelve such months.

For the same $500 at ACR Poker, the flat deal has no officially confirmed percentage, so the comparison can only be made once support quotes you a rate. BetOnline Poker levels run from 10% to 30%, and the rakeback calculator lets you test both deals on your own amounts.

What ACR Poker charges in rake

ACR Poker takes 5% of each pot in No-Limit and Pot-Limit games, with a cap of $$3 at tables of five to nine players. Heads-up and short-handed tables have lower caps. At BetOnline Poker, read the current rake rules in the client before you play, since rakeback is a share of whatever rake the table takes.

US states, licenses and deposits

BetOnline Poker turns away players from NJ only. ACR Poker has a longer list of excluded states: WA, KY, DE, LA, MD, MI, MS, NV, and NJ. ACR Poker also takes players from Canada and Ireland.

BetOnline Poker operates under a license from the Junta de Control de Juegos of Panama, held by Blue High House S.A. ACR Poker shows an Anjouan Gaming Board license. Both accept cryptocurrency, and ACR Poker sets its minimum deposit at $$10.

Who should pick which room

BetOnline Poker suits a player in one of the many states where it operates who also bets on sports or plays casino games through the same VIP account, and who wants rakeback to arrive every week without asking for it.

ACR Poker suits a poker-only player who wants one fixed share of all rake, or a volume player who can hold a high monthly rank. The ACR Poker vs Ignition Poker page and the full rakeback comparison cover other US-facing rooms.
